STARBUCKS INVADES FRANCE: According to the New York Times article, New American Beachhead in France: Starbucks, Starbucks will open its first shop in France, hoping to spread "to go" coffee culture among Parisians long used to waiting for their drinks. By Ariane Bernard.
The Americanization of Europe is well on its way. Will be interesting to see if there are any protests.
