BUY A DOMAIN NAME - GO TO JAIL
A proposed new law by Texas Congressman Lamar Smith, entitled "The Fraudulent Online Identity Sanctions Act" (H.R. 3754, pdf version here), was submitted last week. The bill is designed to combat identity theft and provide harsher penalties on perpetrators of domain name fraud.
