SCO v. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF NEVADA?

An industrious 'open source' advocate seems to have identified a new defendant for the SCO legal hit team. Following the links identified in the post it appears the U.S. District Court of Nevada, the court where the SCO case against AutoZone is filed, is itself using at least one Linux server.

Can anyone verify the true extent of the court's infringement?
