GOOD FOR THE GOOSE, GOOD FOR THE GANDER

Among the throngs of voices critical (mostly due to privacy concerns) of Google's April 1st announcement of a new email service (i.e. Gmail) is Shane Smith.  His beef with Google? Google's use of the mark "Gmail" that Mr. Smith's company The Market Age has been using in conjunction with its web-based investment research services.
