Here's a tool to find out.

www.copyscape.com allows you to input your original website and it searches for imposters. When you get a result, it highlights the text that is the same. Additionally, you can sign up for plagiarism alerts.

I checked DCR and found three matching entries. All had content much like our website, but they certainly weren't claiming the content as their own. Two were the FindLaw listings about DCR and DCR-DC. The other was an "atta boy" for Doug (listing Doug and DCR as one of two recommended patent lawyers/firms)

PHOSITA, on the other hand, is all over the place. I guess the word is getting out!
