a little bit scandalous - immoral trademarks?

The TTABlog has an incredibly funny recap of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board refusal to register the mark 

"THE COMPLETE A**HOLE'S GUIDE TO ..." for a "series of books providing information relating to advice, counseling, self-help, and humor." 

As is pointed out in the post, even though the mark was found to be immoral by the TTAB, it is sold at Walmart.  How immoral could it really be?
