One of the new ads for an Orlando theme park shows an executive in a suit thanking the American public for failing to take vacations, working til their fingers are worn away and basically using pharmaceuticals instead of taking care of themselves.
I guess it isn't only Americans. I recently ran across this old article discussing "sleeping pods" being used in some London law firms so that their lawyers don't have to go home at night to 'cold dinners, sleeping children' etc.
After reading this article, the only thought I had: would this be the type of firm/lawyer that I would want doing my legal work? Simple answer: no.
